“Thanks to the work we had done, our backyard went from being the least favorite
part of our property to a space we regularly enjoy. Northeastern Exteriors laid
out our options and helped us make the choice that would be best for us. The work
was completed on time, at the estimated cost and in overall superb fashion.” - Chris,

Northeastern Exteriors Projects
This is only a very small sample of Northeastern Exteriors LLC completed projects.
Elmwood
Village Limestone Block Project
Buffalo, New York
Limestone blocks weighing a half a ton a piece, measuring roughly 18”x18”x36” now
retain the front lawn of a century old Elmwood Village home. Hand selected from
an old quarry, each rock contains geological marvels from millions of years ago,
ranging from fossils to mineral deposits.
The masterplan for this project includes the river pebbles between the limestone
and the sidewalk, as well as the future winding pathway to the front porch. The
winding pathway includes reclaimed street paving bricks and red sandstone slabs
for steps.
Bringing
the Southerntier Home
Lancaster, New York
The owner of a home located just south of Buffalo called Northeastern Exteriors
with an inquiry for a patio, neither parties expected to be driving to New York’s
southerntier to truck fieldstone from the owners nostalgic hunting property.
The final design includes the fieldstone, quarry cut Pennsylvania bluestone, river
pebbles, reclaimed street pavers, native ornamental grasses and a place for relaxation
for years to come.
Stone
Patio Project
Hamburg, New York
Hamburg is thought by some to be in the epicenter of Western NY suburbia. Some
residents however yearn for something more.
For those with tastes beyond the standard stamped concrete and "Unilock" we designed
a completely custom yet affordable stone patio.
The main stone, a Pennsylvania Bluestone (Flagstone) is bordered by reclaimed street
pavers (which are a greener and more durable option than new redbrick).
Even further we added a fieldstone retaining wall with low maintenance native ornamental
grasses sitting on a crushed limestone base.
The end result was a perfect merge of suburbia and "classic country" that's nearly
effortless to keep up throughout the life of the house.
